Halo semuaaaa~ Apa ada yang udah menunggu-nunggu blog postku tentang Jepang? Maaf ya agak lama, akhirnya tiba waktunya untuk cerita tentang pengalamanku terbang ke Jepang bersama ANA (All Nippon Airways). Jujur karena ini pertama kalinya aku naik ANA, jadi aku punya ekspektasi lebih terhadap maskapai ini :D Apalagi ANA termasuk 10 maskapai terbaik di dunia di tahun 2015 lho. Beruntungnya aku bisa punya kesempatan naik penerbangan ANA untuk internasional dan juga domestik :)
Hello everyone~ anyone here have waited for my Trip to Japan Post? Sorry for the delay, finally it's time for me to share my experience flying with ANA (All Nippon Airways). Because it was my first time with ANA, I had much expectations towards this airline :D Especially ANA is one of the best 10 airlines in 2015. I feel lucky because I could flew with ANA for international and domestic flights in row :)

Aku akan menceritakan pengalamanku naik ANA untuk penerbangan internasional dulu ya.. Jadi tanggal 21 Maret 2016 yang lalu aku terbang dari Bandara Soekarno Hatta Jakarta (CGK) menuju Bandara Narita Jepang (NRT) dengan Pesawat ANA Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. Pesawat besar ini sangat nyaman lho, nggak terasa berada di pesawat selama 7 jam 20 menit ini :) Tau-tau udah sampe Jepang hehe.
First of all, I will share my thoughts of ANA's international flight. At 21 March 2016 I flew from Jakarta Indonesia (CGK) straight to Narita Japan (NRT) with ANA Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. This aircraft was so comfy, I didn't feel like tortured during 7 hours 20 minutes flight, at all :)
ANA INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT
Yang aku suka dari All Nippon Airways (ANA):
1. Seperti airlines lain pada umumnya, ANA menyediakan fasilitas web check-in yang bisa untuk pilih seat :)
2. Sangat bersih, rapi, fasilitas terawat dengan sempurna. さすが ANA!
3. Disediakan selimut & headset baru. Ada full entertainment TV, port USB untuk colokin flash disk (bisa bawa stok film sendiri dari rumah) atau untuk mengisi daya / charge gadget
4. Jendelanya canggih, bisa diatur brightness nya jadi ngga perlu repot-repot buka tutup jendela kalau mau landing / boarding :p
5. Makanan nya enak. Mulai dari appetizer hingga dessert ^_^
6. Pramugarinya sangat ramah dan fasih Inggris, jadi buat yang ngga bisa Bahasa Jepang ngga perlu cemas :D
What I love from All Nippon Airways (ANA)
1. Just like others airlines, ANA provides prior online check-in, to choose seats in advance :)
2. Clean, neat and everything were well-groomed. As expected from ANA!
3. New blanket and headset were provided. Passengers were fully entertained by TV; with USB port. You also may bring your own movies along your flash disk. The USB port is also can be used to charge your gadgets.
4. The windows have high technology, which have brightness functions.
5. The meals; from appetizer to dessert were so good!
6. The flight attendants were so friendly, and fluent in English.

Overall, aku puas dengan inflight service di ANA ini ^_^ Boarding dan landingnya mulus, meski di langit pesawat sempat bergoyang kecil beberapa kali. Jarak antar seatnya juga cukup luas sehingga diriku yang 163 cm ini masih bisa selonjor dengan nyaman dan tidur dengan nyenyak :p
I chose B Set and I loved it! *such a gluttony, LOL*. Overall I was satisfied enough with ANA's inflight service ^_^ The boarding and landing process were quite smooth, though there were little turbulence moments in flight. Space between seats were spacious as well; I could stretched my legs and slept peacefully :p
ANA DOMESTIC FLIGHT
Hari berikutnya, tepatnya tanggal 22 Maret 2016 adalah jadwal penerbanganku dari Bandara Narita (NRT) ke Bandara New Chitose Airport (CTS) di Sapporo. Karena jam terbangnya pagi, maka aku dan Emma cari jadwal shuttle car dari Hotel dekat Narita ke Bandara Narita nya sekitar jam 7 - 8, tapi begitu mau check-in, tak disangka-sangka ternyata sedang ada masalah pada sistem check in nya jadi penerbanganku delay, saudara-saudara... Harusnya berangkat jam 10, delay sampai jam 12..
The next day, at 22 March 2016 is my first domestic flight with ANA from Narita Japan (NRT) to Sapporo Japan (NRT). Because the flight was quite early, I and Emma rode shuttle bus from our hotel near Narita at around 7 - 8 AM. When we were about to check-in; out of surprise, there was problem in computer check-in system and our flight got delayed. We were supposed to be board at 10 AM, but our flight delayed to 12 AM..
Ini hal yang sangat langka, bagi orang Jepang untuk terlambat. Orang Jepang sangat anti dengan terlambat dan selalu ON TIME! Tapi kalau ada masa-masa yang tidak bisa dihindari seperti ini, sebagai penumpang hanya bisa bersabar... Penumpang nya penerbangan domestik pada hari itu juga beraneka ragam; dan semuanya tenang dan tidak ada yang urakan :O wasn't it awesome? Gimana bisa marah, kalau staff darat nya ANA dengan sopan dan dengan penuh rasa penyesalan minta maaf ke penumpang satu-persatu?
This thing was extremely rare to happen, because Japanese people do not have late culture and they are always ON TIME in everything! But in this unpredictable situation, we as passengers only could be patient... The waiting passengers were pretty calm and no one do unpleasant reaction :O wasn't it awesome? ANA staffs were deeply apologized to the passengers one by one politely.
Bahkan pengumuman di dalam bandara diulang-ulang terus untuk memastikan penumpang tidak ketinggalan informasi. Mulai dari pengumuman per 15 menit, 10 menit sampai 5 menit. Mereka dengan sigapnya mencari solusi dari masalah ini, dengan penuh penyesalan dan tanpa diminta mereka juga udah menyediakan kompensasi buat para penumpang lho. Uang kompensasinya senilai 1-2 porsi makan siang. That's nice!
The airport's announcement were repeated massively to ensure there was no passenger who didn't know about this problem or left behind. They announced the updates every 15 minutes, 10 minutes till every 5 minutes. They tried their best to resolve the problem swiftly. They also prepared compensation in money form for the passengers, and the compensation money were worth 1-2 meal portions. That's nice!
Akhirnya setelah menanti 2 jam, bisa masuk ke waiting room juga...
Penerbangan ke Sapporo ini bener-bener memorable banget.. Apalagi sempat diliput TV lokal juga, sayang wajahku nggak muncul T_T haha
Finally after waite for 2 hours, we headed to waiting room..
Flight to Sapporo became memorable, furthermore the incident was broadcasted in local TV in Japan as well. Unfortunately they didn't record my face T_T LOL.

Sekedar informasi, di penerbangan domestik ini ANA tidak menyediakan makanan, dan hanya minuman saja. Perjalanan dari Narita ke Sapporo ditempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 45 menit :)
Oh ya, maaf ya aku nggak foto-foto selama di dalam pesawat ANA Boeing 737-800 ini, aku cuma sempat foto view dari jendela ini :D Pemandangannya indah ya~~ Semoga next trip ke Jepang aku bisa mampir ke Gunung Fuji, AMIN.

Yang udah ada rencana ke Jepang dan mau melancong ke kota-kota di luar Tokyo seperti Hokkaido, Okinawa, Fuji-san, Nikko, Fukuoka, Hiroshima bisa mulai tanya-tanya ke Travel Agent H.I.S yang punya kolaborasi dengan ANA untuk jalur domestik dalam program HAnavi :D
What we'll do in Sapporo next? The story would be continued on the PART 2 ^_^ For anyone (in Japan or Indonesia) who like to travel to cities outside Tokyo like Tokyo seperti Hokkaido, Okinawa, Fuji-san, Nikko, Fukuoka, Hiroshima; you should entrust your trip to H.I.S travel agent in their collaboration with ANA for their domestic flight named HAnavi :D.
