The Bath Box Breakfast Porridge Face Mask [review]

Hello everyone~ I just came back from my recent trip to Japan last week, and I'm trying to catch up with blog post drafts ^_^; I'm still working on the trip posts & videos as well, so please wait for it. Last year I decided to grab a homemade mask from The Bath Box. For those of you who doesn't know about The Bath Box, people often call them as Indonesian version of Lush. They have wide range of homemade products and they're quite popular in the market.

The Bath Box's product that I've tried is Breakfast Porridge Face Mask.

This face mask is one of their first products that released into the market, and still surviving due to customers' demand :) If you look at their product packaging, they will remind you a lot with Lush products.

Descriptions

A pore cleansing facial mask, helps remove your blackheads with no pain. Rhassoul clay attracts dirt and toxin inside your pores, and help tightening it. Use regularly for clearer skin.

Ingredients

Avena Sativa Kernel Meal, Maroccan Lava Clay, Cocos Nucifera Milk, Pelargonium Graveolens Flower Oil

Packaging

It has sleek and simple packaging, dominated with black color and coated by doff surface. Its jar size is not bigger than palm of my hand, handy and travel friendly. The powder also won't scatter everywhere because it has plastic separator inside.

Texture & Scent

It has mild texture and herbal scent.

How to Use / Directions

Blend 1 tsp mask to 2 tsp water, apply it on your face. Leave it for 8 minutes (until half dry), rinse and rub your face gently with circular motion. Apply toner and moisturizer if desired.

Performance

I have used this product for months and unfortunately this product doesn't work on my blackheads and pimples :') My blackheads are still there and it doesn't make my pimple dry faster or any else. But I like this mask because it gives quick moisturizing and firming effect. My skin becomes a lot smoother and plumper after used it! So my verdict is, this mask is not bad. The price is quite decent too :)
