F&B: Hakata Ikkousha, Manyar Kertoarjo Surabaya [review]

Japanese food is always being a pleasure for me, its delicacy is too hard to resist XD Who's agree with me? Hehe. This post was supposed to be up last February :P I know this restaurant isn't new anymore, but since I haven't do a proper review about this restaurant, I think why not? I went to Hakata Ikkousha again couple weeks after quite a while. Anyway this is my first time visiting Hakata Ikkousha on Manyar Kertoarjo outlet, Surabaya ^.^

Hopefully this review will be helpful to you :D Ok, without further ado, let me show you the Hakata Ikkousha's entrance~

First Impression

This place is dominated with red color, represents high-spirit and passion of Japanese Ramen, I guess? :D The interior itself is quite simple and really spacious, and the atmosphere is kinda warm and friendly.

One thing that impressed me is the way they greet customers, as customer enters the gate the gatekeepers will say "Selamat Datang", the whole staffs behind the kitchen will shout together "IRASSHAIMASE~ MASE~ MASE~!" and it really amused me XDD such a mood boosting!

And whenever customers leave the restaurant, the gatekeepers will bow and say "Terima kasih" politely. Great :D Hope they could do this consistenly!

They provides cutlery, additional seasonings, and chili on the table. 

We are free to use them conveniently :D

I wonder why they provide 4 rolls of tissues in each toilet? :p

So thoughtful! We won't run out of tissue now!

After couples minutes of waiting, our orders arrived one by one..

2 Glass of Cold Ocha (Refillable!)

Grilled Pork Gyoza

(Gyoza Babi Bakar)

It tastes good! The texture is tender enough, little bit plain though. You need to dip the gyoza into the sauce to achieve best taste of it :) This gyoza will helps to fill up your tummy while waiting for others come.

Yakiniku Hot Plate

IDR 38,000

Me and my partner agree that this Yakiniku is so yummy~ It got perfect seasonings and the richness of Yakiniku melts well inside mouth and created smiles on our lips :D

Tamtam Pork Ramen

(Ramen Babi Tamtam)

IDR 58,000

My partner ordered this Ramen because they said this is a spicy ramen, but in fact it's not spicy at all (at least for him). It doesn't really tasty and he probably won't do repeat order for this one in the future. Otherwise, he prefer Red Dragon Ramen (Ramen Naga Merah) because it's spicier and tastier!

Silver Pork Ramen

(Ramen Babi Silver)

IDR 58,000

It's yummy and porky :p I love this one most! IMO its seasonings blend really nicely and tasty. Size of the pork meats are big enough for me and able to fill up my tummy well :D

Overall Thoughts

We have no complain so far.. We're full and impressed by the service and meals :D

Would look for another promotions or discount in the future :p LOL
