Face Recipe Triple Glam Shadow & Lip Color Nursing Lipstick [review]

Hello everyone! On this beautiful day, I'd like to share my thoughts about Japanese makeup products that I tried recently ^.^ I guess some of you don't familiar enough with FACE RECIPE brand, do you? So did I hehe. This was also my first time hearing a Japanese Makeup Brand named Face Recipe :D Special thanks to Copia ID for sending me these products for review purpose.

Few weeks ago when COPIA contacted me, I was hoping to get any colored-lipstick but red. The reasons why I tend to avoid red lipstick because I always think that red lipstick won't be suitable on me. Red lipstick may makes me look older,  leave stains on my teeth and I doubt I can pull off red lipstick ._. LOL. That's why I always choose "safe" colors like pink, coral or nude (and because I love those kinds of colors so much, hehe). Believe or not maybe I will only wear red lipstick 1-2 times in a year :p :p

Let's see what are colors that I got for this eyeshadow and lipstick..

Packaging

I'm quite loving Face Recipe packaging. Though I'm a cute-girly-and-fancy-packaging sucker, sometimes I feel black color is able to compliment mature side of me ;) You know, make it balance hehe. Anyway Face Recipe products are designed in black color, with very simple and straight design. Both are made in plastic material, with doff surface; which is not really my favorite.. because it can be dirty easily by powder and dust ^.^; There are square mirror and dual brush-sponge tip eyeshadow applicator inside Triple Glam Shadow.

Descriptions: Add a splash of color to the eyes with this all in one eyeshadow palette. This specially formulated eyeshadow is long-wearing and can be easily blended. Create any looks from edgy to formal with Triple Glam Shadow.

How to use: Apply on eyelid using brush. Gently blend for perfect finishing.

Color combination:

1. Shimmery champagne

2. Shimmery pale green

3. Shimmery chrome gray

Surprisingly the combination of these colors turned out nicely. The shimmery effect don't look too much and still look natural in real life ^^ (you may apply much more eyeshadow if you want to achieve dramatic or smokey makeup look). Its pigmentation is quite good even without eye primer and it can stays on my eyelid for up to 5 hours before start fading. Anyway I usually using the attached dual brush-sponge tip applicator to apply this eyeshadow palette and its applicator works well to deliver the result that I want ^.^

- Too many space in applicator container, it supposed can contain 2 applicators :p

LIP COLOR NURSING LIPSTICK

True red with neutral tone, supposed to be suitable for anyone's skin tone.

Would this lipstick is about to drag me out from comfort zone? XD LOL

Content: 3.5 gr

Price: IDR 115,000 or ± $11

I found out that applying red lipstick (or any dark colored-lipstick) can be so tricky if you doing it without lip brush or lip pencil. I wonder how people can handle dark-colored lipstick and reapply it outside home without lip brush ._. Anyway though I'm not used to wear red lipstick, I think this lipstick's color is really nice and seductive! It has nice moisturizing formula, glides smoothly on my lipstick without emphasizing chapped lips. I feel like an real woman now XDD Anyway, I'm not ready yet to get older in few days again T_T LOL.

I don't feel that this lipstick dry out my lips as I always wear lip balm underneath ^.^ It can lasts for around 2-3 hours with eating.
